As member "hasmukh_rawal" pointed to me, I PM'd the forum member nicknamed "Eobot". Thank You hasmukh_rawal ! I think that did helped because although I didn't receive a reply on my PM, soon enough I did received a reply to my email sent to
[email protected] (Eobot Support).
Fidemoga, thanks for the info ! Re, why my chat issues, I am not sure why that happened but at this point that is not relevant anymore.
Right now the things are like I am describing bellow:
Eobot admitted that there was indeed an internal bug which arose on their website which led to the apparent lose of my XMR coins.
Last time when I've heard from Eobot Support was on 14th January 2017 and I was told the issue will be corrected within a max time frame of 2 days.
Now we are on 18th January, the issue is still not fixed and I still don't have access to my XMR coins due to Eobot site working faulty ! And my patience is out !
I sent them an email stating that if I will not have reinstated my 3.15 XMR coins (or equivalent in BTC) in my account by Monday 22th January, I will start to list my poor experience with Eobot in a lot of public places.
I find this situation simply unacceptable ! Eobot agreed that the problem arose from its own fault, yet it does not reinstate my XMR balance (or equivalent in BTC) but instead it gives me run-around with false frames !
So at this point, I am asking BitCoinTalk Community: what else can I do to have the matter solved and what would you do if you were in my situation ?
