Nice people,

I now have the outcome (happy ending): yesterday Eobot Support replied to my email and said it will solve the issue. And finally it kept its word ! I've been refunded my 3.15 XMR.

...I think it would have been wise from you to change those Moneros to BTC and withdraw in BTC, I am sure you would not have any problems but I wish you to get your Moneros.

Hey BitcoinSupremo, yes and no. Maybe I would have no problem, but to change from XMR to BTC to send to Bittrex then to change back to XMR would have cost me 10%.
This 10% could have been avoided if Eobot wouldn't work faulty ! But ultimately I did exactly that because I did not want to risk going again through the nightmare which I've been in !

And yes, I am not going to use Eobot again ! I don't think it is a scam, but certainly a site prone to bugs and with a very poor support department. I can see why no one returns there.

For those, who face an error page during withdraw and coins although are deducted, they should not wait 24 h, because its not laying on delayed network. Such issues must be reported at once, that admin can look into it. You should also have an eye on 24h contracts in the case of maintance of the site and coins are not mined. I had this issue a few times, but got back the missing mining results from support.

In my early days i use Eobot my self but i also faced some issues regarding my withdrawls and my mining profit,at some point and not always.
Indeed their support was very slow to reply and as i see still is.
My problems didn't solved therefore i quit using their service and never look back there.
Idk how you can solve your problem without their help but if and when you do it,just get out from there.

That's my opinion and i wish you good luck. You will need it... Undecided

I have used Eobot in the past but since I withdraw some ripples which never arrived at my account I stopped using it. No answer from the support. It's been a long time since I don't use it but when I did I remember that I never had any problem with BTC , problems started happening with altcoins.

Nice people,

As member "hasmukh_rawal" pointed to me, I PM'd the forum member nicknamed "Eobot". Thank You hasmukh_rawal ! I think that did helped because although I didn't receive a reply on my PM, soon enough I did received a reply to my email sent to [email protected] (Eobot Support).

Fidemoga, thanks for the info ! Re, why my chat issues, I am not sure why that happened but at this point that is not relevant anymore.

Right now the things are like I am describing bellow:

Eobot admitted that there was indeed an internal bug which arose on their website which led to the apparent lose of my XMR coins.
Last time when I've heard from Eobot Support was on 14th January 2017 and I was told the issue will be corrected within a max time frame of 2 days.

Now we are on 18th January, the issue is still not fixed and I still don't have access to my XMR coins due to Eobot site working faulty ! And my patience is out !

I sent them an email stating that if I will not have reinstated my 3.15 XMR coins (or equivalent in BTC) in my account by Monday 22th January, I will start to list my poor experience with Eobot in a lot of public places.
I find this situation simply unacceptable ! Eobot agreed that the problem arose from its own fault, yet it does not reinstate my XMR balance (or equivalent in BTC) but instead it gives me run-around with false frames !

So at this point, I am asking BitCoinTalk Community: what else can I do to have the matter solved and what would you do if you were in my situation ?

Eobot is led by one person. So it could take a bit to get an answer. On chatango you simply can chat without registration. When your IP isn't banned from chat for some reason you should be able to post there. If not, it should be a technical problem from browser. The german chat is because of the awful popup ads unusable but english chat works fine.

Hello there,
I have been with Eobot for past 6 months but I never faced any issue on the site. So I really don't know whether their support is good or not. I had been withdrawing coins successfully till date and Eobot never  let me down. I think Eobot must be lacking support that's why they are taking so long to respond to your query. There is one account here on bitcointalk which has been posting from the name " Eobot ". I don't know whether it is their official account but you could give it a try anyway.

Hi nice people,

I have reached a problem (to be more precise I have tried to withdraw 3.15 XMR from Eobot.com to my Bittrex account address on 5th January but the withdrawal failed although I correctly filled all the required details -- the Earth was shown to me immediately after I hit the "Withdraw" button and an error message said to refresh the page which I did -- but the coins were not reinstated to my Eobot account) then waited 24 hours to pass (as per instructions on the Eobot site) before contacting Support on the incident.

So I contacted Support by online form message + sent email to [email protected] on 6th January detailing my problem and asking for assistance (I mentioned my Eobot User ID number + suggested to either them send the XMR coins to my Bittrex address which I gave them along with Payment ID, or simply refund my disappeared coins and let me try to withdraw again).

Until now (morning 9th January) I've heard nothing back from anyone from Eobot Support Department and I just wonder if here are people who dealt with Eobot's Support Department previously and how much time should I expect to pass before I will receive a reply ?

I also tried to write on the chat feature (from Chatango of Eobot), signed up for a new chat account as requested, validated my chat account by clicking the link received in my email, but my text simply does not appear on the chat window after I click enter. So I am not sure what is going on ?

I see they have the following contact phone number listed +1 (800) 485-4912 which I might try very soon (tomorrow I guess), but I kind of want to firstly hear Bitcointalk community experiences.

I have used Eobot in the past for about one year, also successfully deposited and withdrawn various coins and been happy but never really had to contact their Support Department previously. Anyone else from here had similar problems ? Does Eobot have some official thread here on Bitcointalk (I searched search but didn't found any) ?
