I will offer 10% up to $15 to anyone who can provide the answer and guide me through what to do. (I have around $150 I'm trying to move).

Could really use some help.  I am trying to transfer my EOS using TokenPocket.  I keep getting the error message, "billed cpu time is greater than the maximum billable cpu time for the transaction".

I read this might have something to do with not enough CPU.  I had originally set my staking to 2 EOS for CPU and 1 EOS for NET, since that is the minimum that was recommended by EOSAuthority.   I saw that in TokenPocket, the CPU said it was 0%.  So I tried to add some more, I now have 2.724 EOS staked toward CPU, but since I added that 0.724 it still shows 0% which means it didn't go up at all?

Here is what my staking looks like in the TocketPocket wallet:

Can anyone tell me how to proceed?  Should I add more CPU staking?  If so how much?
