you are too late, the "initial" ico is already over, first it was 0.88$ and then 1.44$, i got mine for 1.8$ two weeks ago. basically you can just exchange them at the moment.

2 million tokens every day. 500 million more to buy before the ICO is over. Another 1.45 billion needs to go into this coin before the ico is over.. at this price.. I think the price will come down in the new year.

Also the ICO sells close to the exchange price every day. You can see a history if you go to their eos.io and go through the buying of tokens exercise.

Hello everyone,

I just got started in the crypto world and was reading up on the EOS ICO.

I did some math, and I just want to know if I am missing something.

As far as I understand, they are releasing 2.000.000 tokens every week.
Distribution of these tokens are based on how much was donated during that period, rather then setting a fixed price.

So for example if I donate 1 ETH in this periode and the total amount of ETH donated is 2000 I would recieve:
(2.000.000/2000)*1 = 1.000 EOS tokens.

1 ETH = 480 dollar
1.000 EOS = 2.900 dollar (current rate - 28-11-2017 14:33)

Am I missing something here? This seems too good to be true...
