Recently I have been thinking that its going to be EOS to be next listed on coinbase. A huge mining company are raising 100million to get a huge stake in Eos once they move on to their own blockchain. Another huge exchange is also opening its own dedicated Eos driven decentralised exchange which is also super bullish!

Coinbase have also come out and said they do supports ERC20 tokens, they have also announced new coons will be listed this year. Im getting a strong feeling one of the coins will be EOS! (I must add that there is something about broc Pearce and his connection to tether that gives me a seed of doubt)

That's going to be a huge thing for EOS if support from Coinbase is actually obtained.

If I remember correctly, LTC made a pretty big jump, so if Coinbase does actually add support for EOS it's going to benefit investors in the short run for sure.

However, it's only really going to be of value if Coinbase is able to support the ERC20 token of EOS in the next 2 weeks as the main net launch of EOS is coming extremely soon, and there is no point supporting EOS tokens then since the swap will happen for coins on the actual network of EOS.

I tried to perform some analysis of the coin:
https://altsinspector.wordpress.com/2018/05/01/eos-eos-analysis/

RSI shows that the coin is really oversold. It can be start of the downtrend or correction.

Also, taking into account coin supply - the price is too high in comparison with all the circulating coins.

There are certain criteria that Coinbase uses that help them determine if a coin is a good candidate. I think there is potential that EOS could be added at some point but I doubt so while it is in the ICO phase.

There are a few other cryptocurrencies that I think are also potential candidates that could compete with EOS such as NEO, and IOTA. It depends on which ones can pass the criteria that Coinbase uses to add a coin.

Hmm I think this one of these 'realistic' speculations.. Yeah I think eos is going to be very big and acceptance of it is going to be worldwide. So coinbase addition is very possible after mainnet release..

Yes , that is very much possible .
EOS is a very good coin and many investors and people are attracted by its latest technology of blockchain 3.0  . It is a very ambitious  project and is already making rounds sure to its position in the coinmarketcap . I think , EOS will surely be one of the coin to be listed on that . EOS  has a good price which is increasing continuously and have sufficient volume as well.

if coinbase in reference to Gdax, likely
but they have a very stringent rule of listing coins
expect EOS to be fully adopted by the market trading it and developers building stuff first
eos is a long term contender to big cap coins, just hit a new ATH few days ago https://www.coingecko.com/en/price_charts/eos/usd
and it has a lot more to room

There is an opinion that EOS in the beginning of summer will cost $ 38. May will be your assumption become the true of and will become one of the reasons for this price grow?

Who was saying that?
Do you have a link or another kind of source which we could check? Because I would like to see the explanations for such a statement.
Imo this is just pure wild guessing or making a random shot into the wild.
I mean sure $38 would be just a doubling from the price we saw 2 days ago and that's definitely possible. But why such a prediction for the summer is what makes me curious.

Would be great if EOS gets listed as next good coin on coinbase! Its also been a while that EOS has been added to some big and great exchanges in the last couple of months. The price will rise up if we get new exchanges!

Bitfinex plans launch of Decentralized Exchange, Eosfinex. I think it's a big step and EOS will be pumped
If this could happen, the value of the EOS would increase very high and many investors would keep the EOS for long-term goals. Personally I have witnessed the growth of the EOS from the $ 3 price and in the future the EOS could soon reach $ 100 and could become the direct competing coins with the ETH but this only happens when the EOS has a system special Blockchain and platform to the system, if this happens, the $ 100 price is only a matter of time

Though coinbase announced that they would be supporting ERC20 token in the coming months (https://blog.coinbase.com/adding-erc20-support-to-coinbase-fe9cba6782b), I don't see them adding ERC20 of EOS since the mainnet is slated for June, Coinbase will wait till after July before considering EOS addition.

So, adding EOS to Coinbase is just a matter of when

EOS has been on a pretty parabolic run and had a small but clear blow off top candle yesterday. I am expecting  it to get close to retesting the Tenkan on the daily around 165-170, as it has many times after a large run of green candles during this run.

It is important to note that EOS breaking a 15BN market cap and reaching #5 without mainnet leads me to believe that EOS has more downside potential than it does upside potential from here. It may continue upwards, but personally I sold EOS in the 20's and will careful with reentries from here due to the already very large marketcap.

Wouldn't you believe that first if nothing else EOS should at least start their own blockchain?  Sort of a bare minimum.

I don't see it happening with EOS. Maybe NEO.

Sad to see this shilling thread for EOS. Did you think if ERC20 token is only EOS? Dude, you must have needed to read all of the news properly. Coinbase will only add those tokens are following all of the SEC compliant while EOS is not including on it.
Please, you need to read the news again and then try to understand all of the things that have already mentioned on it.

1-2 years is a long period of time. EOS may be listed in that timeframe if it has Ethereum-alike status up until then. But I highly doubt it will be one of the next coins. And I highly doubt they will manage to trick investors in their whaling games for such a long time. So it will be a move downward for EOS after they launch the platform.

Possibly coin base will listed eos but need one or two years. Remember ethereum listing ? It is also need 1 year before coinbase listed ethereum. If thats true one of the biggest mining rig have invested on eos with that big number ( $100 mill ) maybe nest year coinbase will listed eos on their exchanger.

I do not really have any special feelings for these types of tokens. EOS especially people seem to have forgotten how they ran a terribly unfair ICO that just took advantage of a lot of people and only gave benefits to the rich whales. But I can say that if it is listed on Coinbase, then it means that your token at least should have a larger shelf life since Coinbase is all under the eyes of US government. Just do not forget your tax responsibilities. I cannot buy at Coinbase anyway.

Yep, EOS has been one of the most bullish coins in the recent days and it wouldn't be a surprise to me that Coinbase decides to list them. Honestly, if they don't list the top ERC20 token in existence when measured by market cap, they are the ones losing business.

If the official announcement comes out, then no doubt it'll probably create another round of bullish activity surrounding EOS, which is already quite a heated market.

But whether or not the main net EOS coins once they are exchanged will be listed on coinbase will be another question. Even if EOS ERC20 tokens are listed on coinbase, that's not going to be forever, since when main net launches these tokens are going to be useless other than exchanging for main net coins.

Neo will be next, not Eos.

When watching the cryptocurrency hearing in the US congress, something interesting came up: Coinbase does not list anything that has the potential to be a security. Only currency coins. I don't know how their position is about to change with the introduction of ERC20 tokens, or which tokens they'll introduce. I'd say eos between the two. Higher cap and not even completely released yet. Hopefully it will overthrow bcash from its spot when it does come out.

Eos never can be listing in Coinbase. Last month Coinbase said that they will listing ERC20 tokens but no one know which one gonna be listing in coinbase.  Eos will have own blockchain in q2 but its not something that coinbase will add it.

I suppose its a possibility, like you mentioned they have come out and pledged support for erc20 tokens. I do think there are allot more coins with allot more value than EOS though. Bare in mind they have no product, they don't even have a beta. Yes they have a huge piggy bank to play with but unfortunately there are not enough developers to satisfy all of these exploding companies so it really rest on wether or not they can attract the talent!
