I myself have left this rotator a long time ago, but (just trying to give an optimist idea) maybe the mistake is on freecryptocoin? Maybe your satoshi hadn't been clarified by them? Since its a huge amount, maybe they need some time to gather the exact amount and, thus, the balance is not shown on your finalized balance because it is yet to be sent by the faucet provider? Have you tried contacting them?

Hi

Oh, nothing personal. I was just busy with so many other things that I completely forgot about this rotator. I have no problem with your rotator, and I hope I wont find any in the near future because I will visit your rotator every once in a while given that I have some free time. But thanks for your concern, much appreciated Cheesy

Hi
We have announced on the day that the bug occurred and caused some users on our server #4 are shown wrong amount of balance.
The bug was caused during installation the new Highest Paying extra reward feature and was patched hours after happening.
as ePay's core is written to be fully automated and no human interaction would be allowed on the user's account, system it self has fixed the balances quickly.
It was unfortunate that this happened and we already have placed counter measures in place to prevent this from ever happening.
We value our customers and to teach the other personal a hard lesson,  two people were fired whom had part in causing this problem.

ePay has paid more than 400 BTC within the last year and do not wish to ruin its hard gained reputation because  of 100,000 satoshies.
If you believe that your balance was removed by a mistake open a ticket with the subject of "Mistake in removing balance" under  Bitcoin category.

I have been using this e pay faucet before. I made around 300 k satoshis and I withdraw it, I waited a bit for that but they paid me on end. After that waiting I used few days more and  stop visiting them. I wasn't there sience then, I even think I have around 7 k there, but its a gift for them from me.

I never tried to play faucet from this site but after checking their list of sites payout, I will tell you don't waste time on this site. Their payout is quite less compared to other faucet sites so I suggest you can try with some other reputable faucet sites instead wasting your time on this low paying sites.

I joined the site ePay.info on 6th Nov'2015 and on the same day I won 0.01830791 bitcoin from the site http://ePay.info after earning from various faucets available in the site. This happened as I won two big wins from one of the faucet FreeCryptoCoin(1351351 satoshi and 270270 satoshi), but on the withdrawal date (they auto-withdraw weekly)i.e. 8th Nov'2015 they showed that I had only 0.00209170 bitcoin for withdrawal whereas my total earning showed 0.01830791 bitcoin. As every person would do, I questioned the support team regarding this and asked for a reply. The reply that came (after 3 days waiting, that too after asking for reply twice) was they had made mistake calculating my earnings that caused my balance to show higher. Now, to show them the proof I check my earning report(under report pages) and to my surprise what I find is that they had deleted all my earnings from one of the faucet (the one which gave me the maximum i.e. FreeCryptoCoin). The report from the 6th Nov'2015 now does not show my earnings from FreeCryptoCoin, whereas I had earned maximum from this faucet.  Now, I understand that I am not going to get what I have earned. The problem lies not in their calculating my balance (which is not possible as the earning is being added automatic) but they have problem giving me my earned money this big amount. So, they can delete your record, transaction history, remove your earnings from your main balance and may even block access to your account. This site is totally unreliable.
