"We are reviewing ePayments card issuing terms. As such, we are suspending issuance of all new cards. We will notify you as soon as the review has been successfully completed."

Thank you for sharing this.

If its already been stop then they might been using VISA before and since we do know it has been stopped its being affected even other ewallet service as of now. Even cryptopay do have such problem.
Been seeking out similar service but still they able to issue card yet.

No. When the Wavecrest issue (VISA) stroke, Cryptopay, Wirex and others were hit. ePayments kept working.
When wave 2 of Wavecrest issue (Mastercard) stroke, AdvCash and some others were hit. I am not sure, but I think that ePayments kept working.
So no, it may not be the problem you think it is.

Been seeking out similar service but still they able to issue card yet.

From what I know Wirex is back on business. I don't know of too many others yet.
And I hope that also ePayments is still in business...

I was looking for a card too from ePayments but I see no info about Bitcoin on their website.
Can anybody confirm that they are still in business and still work with Bitcoin?
Maybe if somebody is using the card can help?

Are they issuing for Non-EU resident?
Yes, cards are issued to non-EU residents.

I don't think so. I tried ordering a card and when I was redirected to a page where I have to select my country as well as enter my address, the NEXT button was grayed out (I'm from ASIA btw) so I tried selecting a country from EU and as expected the NEXT button was now clickable  Cry

As I ordered and received a card ePayments (lifehack):

1. I went to ePayments.com and registered a new account.
2. I sent a passport photo to verify my account. Verification is needed for input and output of unlimited amounts. Be sure to send photos of the main page of the passport and the page with a residence permit so that the main page can be seen.
3. In parallel with the expectation of verification (7 days), I ordered a debit card also on the site ($ 5.95).
4. By tracking code (received when ordering a card), you can see at which stage of delivery the card is located.
5. When the card arrived at the post office of my district, I went to get it with a passport (the card was delivered within 10 days - free of charge).
So my account is confirmed, I got a card and now I can use it to the full. Good luck!
