Equicex responded by giving a short answer; admonished the accuser that they should not expect customer support on the open forum and then locked the thread. Do not buy anything from equicex.io. I created my account on the site and paid $ 50 for a virtual card. At first btc confirmation my account was deleted.
No credit card received and I was scammed.
