There is no such a thing such as a half scam project.

Exactly, halfway scam, halfway crooks (Mobb Deep reference Cool) it's straight up oxymoron.

Let's pretend for a second they did have a genuine, well-written whitepaper. Do you think that whitepaper would deliver the goods in the end with no team, no github no nothing? Of course not!

You can't steal someone else photo, create a fake identity and pretend you have a team. You can't copy and paste other project ideas and claim you have something valuable, something unique with a bright future, and above all, expect people to invest in you. It doesn't work like that...

The GitHub is also fake:

Not so sure if this whole project is a scam.
Whitepaper looks good and well written. It's still possible they are using a website template.
