I just found this and remembered that I've heard of this before somewhere. I know a guy that fell into their trap and almost lost his company, not fun at all. Of course, with companies developing you gotta implement all types of new technology, for example, the company I work at just implemented software from this firm https://www.egress-sys.co.uk/ that helps with seeing the activity of each employee and the time they spent working. Seems like a necessity and I'm puzzled why others don't already implement stuff like this. Always be careful from where you buy software from, you wanna know that it's a trusty service.
