These error codes are unique to the cryptoapis.io platform. They are nothing to do with bitcoin, bitcoin core, the bitcoin network, and despite what OP has said you will never encounter any of these codes unless you specifically use cryptoapis.io to trade. OP has simply copy and pasted something he doesn't understand in a transparent hunt for merit. It's not the first time this user has engaged in this kind of behavior.
Honestly I didn't know whats the purpose of you make this thread. When we get error, we don't only get the error code, but with the error description. After we read the error description, then we can know what's the problem and how should we resolved it. If we only got the "error code", then there is needed to make a thread about listing the error code and error description. Or using google search is the best way to solve it.

Error codes are something we need to know, and good one for bringing it up. But your post was a verbatim expression to the source, just like picking everything from the source and posting it and adding the source.
