Im not 100% sure but i think the amount you want to send creates tx with a high fee because of the congested network causing the fee to be higher than the amount to send or a fee so high that the amount to send is lower than the fee. I could be wrong though.
no i need to send $300 and i see fees $17

If you're not even spending an amount greater than what you have but you're still seeing the error sign then please refer on my previous post as this is most likely a problem in blockchain.info's end so for obvious reasons, they're the only ones who can fix it.

This is a problem in their side so obviously their the only ones who can solve this so yes you guys should file a support ticket to them at the following links:

Seems like this is a known bug, I've seen a lot of users who had this problem in the past few days. The threads should still be in the Web Wallets board

Meanwhile if you want to access your funds urgently, You can import it in another wallet. For example electrum:

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Please note that when importing, your funds will be accessible on both wallets which is why it's highly advisable to transfer them in a new wallet (with different seed/PK's) once the network has stabilized to avoid high fees.

I have created a ticket with Blockchain support but I have not heard back now in 6 days.  Do you know what I can do if they do not respond?
