(This fixed it.  I also noticed an 18 gig debug file indirectory which I deleted).
Good, I was about to suggest that maybe some updates are waiting and that's why it keeps on crashing. But it seems not the answer and you've just deleted some file on its directory.
Now that you're able to fix and solve it, now this thread no longer needed to be opened so, you can lock this topic.

My computer crashed (electricity went out for about 5 seconds) with the stronghands wallet and now I cannot boot it up even with a new Appdata blockchain directory.  It keeps crashing.  Anyone know how to fix this error? 

I can't even find any basic details about the wallet mentioned here, I can see their NFT marketplace and staking platform which let users to connect their wallets but I can't be able to find any wallet that let users to hold their cryptos.

Usually, you will be given private keys or the seeds when you create the wallet so use that to import the wallet on new device and it should work.
