You haven't paid for it yet, right? I would just try creating a new order with BitInstant. If an order that goes unfunded for 120 hours gets deleted, so there's no harm in trying again.

I used bitinstant (bitcoin to email) a few weeks ago for the first time so i could purchase some currency on btc-e.com. When i went back a few days ago to use the service again, i get hit with the below error after filling in all information and doing the human captcha puzzle. It's been a few days since i've emailed ZipZap support, so i'm posting here in the off chance that either an employee of theirs is a member here and sees this, or someone else has dealt with this before. Thanks for any and all help.
