For such a big amount I would only look into escrowing with one of the staff members, or with a real life escrow that are available in the market. With that you will also get a proper legal protection for such an amount.
(I'm guessing you mean $22k)
Considering you're trading such an amount, I'd advise you to use escrows with at least 100 trust score .

These three people will make your transaction safe and if I suppose to believe also that is $22k and if you want to make your choices a lot.
