I will be following this thread. I might even make some of your picks. Wink Its great there is a thread for esports
Glad to hear. I love Esports. Have made a good amount of money off of it throughout my life. I look forward to sharing my knowledge.

But, I, like everyone am not perfect. I make mistakes. Don't take my word as gospel mate. Do your own research to be sure. Smiley

I'll be using Betcoin.ag for my go-to website for what events are able to be gambled upon.

DOTA
Alliance vs. Complexity
Team Secret vs. Virtus Pro

STARCRAFT:
Snute vs. Solar
TY vs. Departure

I think that Alliance are very well favoured. They've been playing quite well over the past several months and seem to have adapted to the new patch quite well. Their team cohesion is second to none and the rotations have been excellent. Complexity surprised by even reaching this far in the event, but I doubt their ability to go any further. That being said, they do have a good track record of making surprise runs! I would put a decent bet on Alliance, nothing too wild though.

Secret. Clearly Secret. They are better on an individual level to the man. VP have been shuffling around so many players that they are unable to create coherent strategies. Their recent games are very off the cuff, little planning.

Snute looked solid at Dreamhack, but I'm not confident in his ability to beat Solar.

TY by a longshot. He has the experience, the matchup prowess and is just a better mechanical player.

I was quite surprised that there was no Esports betting/predictions thread. Yes, there's the CS thread, but it seems very limited. The Esports community is quite active in the summer, so this seems to be an adequate time to establish one. I will try to keep a steady flow of posts with the day or weekend's events.
