There is no way you are going to find anyone who is going to (sub-)lease that kind of server for you for just $75. Servers with the configuration you requested cost anywhere between $150 and $400 on the market. You'd be hard-pressed to find any Xeon or Ryzen server with RAM of 128GB, and the NVMe SSD also contributes to make the package more expensive.

I don't think it's too good to be true when AFAIK you can't find VPN or dedicated server which meet OP specification with rent price less than $75/month. In fact, i find OP's offer isn't attractive unless you happen to own such high-end server with fast internet connection that you currently don't use.
