you don't see it because the coins on one chain stopped existing on the other chain as people spent them and they became separated.

however since they are still the same code, the private keys (or however it is ethereum uses to generate keys the method is the same) are the same meaning the same private key exists on ETC and ETH. contact your exchange and tell them the story, they can manually fund your correct balance (doesn't mean they do it though, many don't even bother unless it is big amount)

i sent out some etc to a eth address generated on myetherwallet, now i can't see any etc in my exchanger wallet and no etc in my eth wallett too
what's wrong?

Well ETC and ETH are two different coins. If you look up the address on an ETC block explorer you'll see the coins exactly where you sent them.
