I will not hesitate to post my ETC deposit ordeal from poloniex into any thread created about the similar problem anytime i come across one because my deposit is still hanging there after so many days without any response from poloniex support.
I dont know the thread that poloniex will notice but they should try and give us an update

They have had a notice posted since 6/22 to the effect that Ethereum deposits/withdrawals are disabled due to network instability. I assume that it will come through eventually.
it was an issue and ended cos i received an ETH after this issue solved
My support ticket is now 20 days old, still "being processed".

some one told me to make another and all of them will be submitted to my polo ETC wallet and i did that with no change
they are all in but no one out !!!
i mailed the support and like usual they didn't reply

Have you tried messaging people that are in the Slack for Poloniex? If they have a moderator in there then they could try to help with the transaction. If since they have a withdrawal issue as they wrote in their announcement then you might want to just email support more to see if they are even working on fixing it. Poloniex is having a lot of issues with their set up for a very long time, the only thing you could do now is to request their support service and wait for them to solve it,it might take a few days until your problem is solved as i do have some delays with them recently.
i contacted their bad support 12 days ago and no reply till now !!!

sometimes network have synch issues .
I have figured out that once you will get " OUT" measeage than mean it will is registered on your acc
without that orange text you won't get coins or exchange won't see it.
I have no idea how fix that shit.
