One only worker was online (atm) with 1.37 GH Hashrate. Is that you OP? Pretty good personal Hashrate, but isn't good enough to solving blocks. 
While you tried to grow-up your mining pool, will be better if you start it with your local community and expand to the more wide audience after. IMHO
