There's almost no exchange which will give you PoS rewards or staking rewards. You have to install a recnt updated qt wallet in which you can store your eth and stake them for a couple of reward. Exchange only sometimes give forked coin. It's not a forked coin. It's about update the current system.

The case with a particular coin, might not be applicable to another. If NEO does that, it might be different with ETH.
The the time of integration is another thing to consider, owing to the fact that not all exchanges will be able to support giving out stakes to holders.
Then you should discuss that with the support of the exchange you use, so as to know if the will be providing it.

Not all exchanges will give you the stake coins, it is better to check with the support or wait for announcements. From my experience, the exchanges seldom pay out stake coin. It is better to keep in your own wallet.

It depends on which exchange you'll keep your ETH. When that time will come, exchanges will announce if they support the PoS or not. Most of them will support it, otherwise they will lose a lot of clients. ETH PoS can be similar with NEO and GAS, where if you have NEO on Exchange, you get GAS on exchange as well.

will be postponed as well.

My question is - if I have some ETH in an exchange, and ETH PoS takes effect, will I be able to get staked rewards into my exchange wallet?

Sorry, Im not tech savvy hence the noob question.

Would appreciate some answers and insights into this ETH PoS...
