the more features you add to a coin the less likely it will be adopted as a payment method by the masses.

the features are for the developers, not directly for the masses
what the masses care is a token to exchange

All new take late.
Well, we, the crypto-currency fanatics, but what about ordinary people? Until they come after some time.

I am a technical enough but I don't still understand what smart contracts are really for, really, in real World sense, they sound pretty illegal and shady, I prefer a regular contract that I can take it to actual court without bringing any further suspicion to my business or whatever. ETH has become the second biggest bubble on the market right after Facebook stock price. Its awesome that some people made a lot of money but I just don't get it, I looked into ETH it is not that exiciting as some claim. also no one so far as far I know is excited to take ETH as payment mostly they see as a burden that they might have to learn to deal with.

The standard POW platform BTC, LTC, DOGE, DASH is more likely to succeed as a real payment method than more complex app like block chains. it is the VHS - BETAMAX analogy, even then LASER-DISC was available in the 80s but still people opted to use the tapes for the next 30 years. the more features you add to a coin the less likely it will be adopted as a payment method by the masses.
