yes DT can removed that feedback if proven that the project you are promoting is not scam.
Other reasons having that negative is because you make a lot of post with the same topic in different section.

Nobody with put in inyonuour bounty when they're not sure of getting paid at the end of the bounty. Scenarios like thus has happened and after the hardwork from forum faithful they got nothing in return. Do the needful and get what you want from the community.
