When BTC goes up ETH also show same and vice versa.Yup currently ETH price is increasing gradually.ETH developer is working on POS,once it is done then number of transactions per second would rise and consequently demand will rise and price will increase but these improvements are expected to be fully operational till Sep-18.After it ETH price would sky rocket.As per many crypto experts its being anticipated that ETH would lie between &2,500-&3k at the end of 2018.Lets be optimistic.

Don't worry about the price of the etherium because it is a universal truth for the etherium that price will increase surely because etherium is that coin which have load of a bulk amount of money in the cryptocurrency market after bitcoin .
So be positive with etherium coin .
And now come at the price of the bitcoin with etherium , if you will see etherium price in doller then you don't need to see toward the bitcoin but surely if small moment will take place in market of bitcoin then surely price of the etherium will fluctuate , so don't try to forget relationship of etherium with bitcoin .

ETH is still sometimes gone up, sometimes goes down. Sometimes it is falling below $700 and sometimes it is going above $700. This month of May is very important for crypto market recovery. Wrong. Eth is still depending to bitcoin so if bitcoin rise, eth will do but if bitcoin falls, eth will do the same either.

I think the rise in price of ETH is a positive sign of market recovery at least for a few month and might experience a fall in the later part of the year. The price of eth may likely hit $1000 before the year runs out if it continues to experience this rapid rise in price.

Potential of eth always happened when there are some positive news or good feedback from the crowd.. But it always temporary circumstances nowadays. because of some fuds that always occur to destroy the reputation of eth or any crypto such bitcoin when they want to manipulate the price.. Ethereum is no doubt a good coin but if bitcoin is not going up then there is not a lot of potential for all the other coins in the market to do well. It did start rising but then it went back down again which means that it is still following the steps of bitcoin. They all need time for their prices to correct before they can begin going up again and we go back into the next bull market.

I wouldn't be too positive just yet.

One thing is for sure, though. ETH prices are rising in spite of BTC prices staying relatively put and not moving upwards much, which is pretty odd to say the least. It could just prove to be a short term rally for ETH, imo, that won't really have a lasting impact.

ETH could continue its rally from recent days, but tbh it'll still have to follow the general trend of BTC. I definitely wouldn't say that recovery is underway, yet.

there has been a lot of advertisement for ethereum to get people to invest in it. they are spamming the internet again like they did at the start of it because they are getting desperate and each time something new breaks in ethereum they have to try that much harder to get investors in because people are losing their trust. these days most people are keeping their ETH on exchanges because they fear the dumps and they want to have their tokens ready for dumping at a moments notice.

I agree with you here. Tough to tell since no particular good news has come out in favor of Bitcoin, Ethereum and the cryptocurrency market lately. It is good to see Ethereum slowly recovering, but I am expecting the bear market to continue for some more time which will most likely trigger another prolonged rally in the near future. This is a great time to buy some coins which you are interested in at low prices. I have already purchased some ETH which I will be HODLING along with the rest of my stack of ETH for a long period of time since I am interested in the long term prospects of this coin.

Yes, I think after going through ethereum correction period will grow again. However, the possibility of a correction will continue to come and accompany growth. So, keep holding on optimistically until the investment target is reached.

ETH got up trend and this is the right time to make money and for recovery asset. How far it go no one knows that, just prepare for the worst. You should take technical method ( MA, MACD, RSI ) to predict the right time to leave market. Never forget to replace stop loss and keep patience because market is unpredictable.

not only eth even other coin already start moving up, im still waiting to it to recover back to all time high like what happen before the year ends in 2017 but it takes time to back the price at that range.

The whole market moving up because bitcoin, all those altcoins seems to really follow bitcoin's price whenever it being pumped or dumped, it seems that people give attention more to bitcoin and only decide to buy altcoins based on bitcoin's price movement, nothing much I must say but most of altcoins are heavily affected by bitcoin.

the price has been back again to the around $700 but yes it is, this can be considered as a positive sign to the crypto. But it looks like the price of ethereum still depend on the trend. I just knew that someone was bumping the price of ethereum to be crossed $735 and it backs again.

If you are not aware, Ethereum crossed the 800 dollar mark weeks ago so basically we are in a small days ago and we are slowly recovering. This could be a sign that the market will rise soon but it's too early to tell. We are still in the Q2 of 2018 which is, historically, a slow growth in cryptocurrency. Waiting till Q3 would be the best time to speculate.

seriously ? based on what you could say something like that ?
everything is moving up because of 'Consensus' rumour,if we are looking back at our history we could see that whenever we're reaching/doing this event the price was moved up.
but it does not mean we are in 'recovering mode' or something like that.
right now we're trying to figure out what is our current status,some people feels it's a bulltrap because the volume was not that much compared to before.
on the other hand some people speculated we're consolidating.
truth to be told only a few people who claimed that we're moving upward or reaching another ATH(it is very unlikely)
