The world is now connected, what happens in Asia is felt within minutes in US and what happens in Europe is fely with minutes in America and vice versa. There is a way money flow into the space and most of the money goes to Bitcoin, then Ethereum and Big cap Altcoins then to the rest of the space, I don't think one current is responsible for the price of Ethereum going up. The thing here is that we are tend to benefits from these printings
