Hi, on March 23, 2021 I transferred 19ETH from my Pillar wallet to my Bittrex Ethereum account and after 12 day it still shows zero balance in Bittrex even though etherscan clearly shows that the transaction did happened ok the same day

I opened a case 5 days after giving a chance for then to process the transaction but I haven't received any support reply even though I keep writing to them



This is the first time something like this happened to me, I used to trust a lot in the exchanges, specially Bittrex, what happened here?

I think you must never stop sending their support team about your issue problems mate.
Just keep on doing it don't stop. The way I checked and review your problems it really sounds strange to me
honestly speaking. Bittrex now honestly is not good anymore compared to 2017 I discovered it.

you should never trust 100% on any exchange even if it is binance which has been much better than all exchanges, you had 19 ETH, why didn't you transfer 1 ETH at a time? It is true that the fees would be higher, but at least if you had a problem you would only lose 1 ETH. and do not leave 19 ETH on an exchange like bittrex that are very famous for retaining people's funds, at least it was the case that happened in the past where many people lost money because bittrex refused to allow them to withdraw money because bittrex claimed that these people were from restricted countries, ironic that these people when they created a bittrex account didn’t have in TOS that they couldn’t use bittrex.

Make a new ticket will not make a chance to get respond quickly, Bittrex will not respon the new one this is happening to me at this time, it's better to keep updating existing tickets, login to your https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us, do it every day until them really solve the problem you are facing.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
Support is known to be slow so you should open another ticket just so you can nudge them again for taking a look into your case. In future let the support ticket resolution speed be a determinant point in choosing an exchange. Cool

In the mean time double check your wallet addresses and that you have sent the coins correctly to the proper deposit address. Sorry to say but outside this you are a bit out of luck here.

Your account has likely not been funded automatically by Bittrex. Support could help solve this problem but one thing I will tell you about their support is that they are very slow. One time I had a problem with them through account verification. I wrote to their support but never got any response ever. I was glad I didn't have anything deposited in the account. That was the last time I logged into Bittrex

What the OP can do right now is to keep up contacting bittrex's support. With this amount, I would suggest binance to use as a platform, next time. You don't even have to submit KYC for this amount. And their support is pretty much faster based on my experience. Bittrex has already lost its popularity among crypto users when they mandatory require KYC for all its users. I don't see any advantage now using this exchange. I really do hope the OP can still get his funds, and if he does, use another exchange if you are dealing with high amount of money.
