I think people just don't know much or what it means.
A blank slate of knowledge on the matter.
Even I have no idea what it means at the moment, first time hearing about "RSA". But if it involves cryptography and is part of the ETH security it should be looked into by the relevant parties, meaning ETH development team in general rather than anyone else. That is if they know themselves what it means.
It might just sound worse than in practice having any effect.

Does this mean anything to Bitcoin or other coins that use different algorithms?
