Have rig with (1) 5700, (2) 470, (1) 380, (2)570. Can’t seem to get the 5700 to play nice with the older cards. Also the hash rate is terrible for the older cards averaging 8 MHS per card. Any ideas? Any recommendations for the best driver to use in this case? Thanks in advance for your help!

I suppose you have 4Gb cards... you should try to run in zombie Mode this 4Gb... for Zombie Mode in ETH one of the best is lolMiner ... you  should try it with parameters:

--4g-alloc-size 4080

And see if goes better!!

Remove the 380, that card is old and obsolete, can drag down the others too and also make sure you are using the compute mode in the AMD driver, make sure it's active or else the hashrate will be very low, it's why I prefer using sperate mining OS like Minerstat, no hassle with hashrate loss
