Can somebody point me to a bot or app that will execute that quick trade, using a standard ether wallet like myetherwallet?
Why are you looking for a automatic wallet ? Except a very few ones, the crowdsale will not be over in just a few seconds. I recommend you MyEtherWallet.com (make sure it is .com and not something else !). It is fast lightweight and available on Mac OS of course since it is web-based.
What wallets are ideal for ICOs?
I am looking for something with these features:

Automatic timing of transaction.
2.
Let's me pick the gwei (60 or more)
3.
Should work on Apple MacOS (I don't use Windows or Linux). Web-based might be OK although that is a matter of trust particularly in the timing aspect (web apps are very often slow).
