Someone claimed to be able to get the "stolen" bitcoins but it turns out it was apparently a hoax.  Nothing new except another poster said he could withdraw some Zetacoin but just 1 coin at a time.

If Cryptsy_Jim is really connected to Cryptsy, I doubt he has access to any funds to honor withdrawals.  They stopped doing that a long time ago.  It's possible that there are people connected to Cryptsy that trying to get the stolen money back (if it was actually hacked).

Your ETH was probably sold a long time ago on a better exchange. Wait for some kinda winding up/ bankruptcy and stake your claim.

This bitcointalk user claims he represents Cryptsy as their support, and his post history suggests he might be linked to Cryptsy. It's still a newbie account so I wouldn't trust it, but you could try sending it a pm.

Cryptsy_Jim

Here's Cryptsy_Jim's last post where he says he's still representing Cryptsy.

Hello I have offered to give big Vern the identity of the person that committed the theft against cryptsy and help them be put to justice but he is not responding to me. I offered my services and to divulge this information for a bounty of %30 of the stolen funds I also said I am willing to negotiate a bit to make things easier.

Here is my twitter were I have tweeted at Big Vern multiple times https://twitter.com/cryptcracker1/with_replies

I am asking for a contract to ensure I am paid the bounty, if anyone is able to reach Big Vern please tell him to get in contact with me asap.

Please contact us via the ticket system.
Put "Cryptsy Hacker identity incoming - pending bounty" as subject and choose "Information about missing BTC" from ticket type pull down.

Or

Send an email to "[email protected]"

Im pretty sure we have already responded to you and will not be paying anything until coins are returned.

We have no problem drawing up a contract for you in the case that your information leads to the return of the coins.

We will also not be responding to this thread any further.

All you can do is try to withdraw like you are doing.  My guess is that there isn't anyone working for cryptsy anymore and even if there was, there aren't and Ethers or any other coins left to withdraw.  I've tried many times to withdraw the coins that I have there but it doesn't work.  I think there is no hope of getting them back now.

Hello,

I've tried to withdraw 10 ether (in 10 different withdrawals, 1 eth each), but it's not even "processed" (it's "pending").

I've 20 withdrawals "processed" but I still don't see those ether in my other address.

And I've 70 eth deposited in cryptsy (atm I'm not even trying to withdraw them).

I know that Cryptsy's service is not working, but the website it still up.

I'm from Europe, so I can't join the class action.

What should I do?

Thank you...

ps: I've read so many discussions but I really don't know what should I do.
