really ... starting last night etherdelta can not be accessed because there are improvements and only now I try to open again and no problem even I make a deposit and withdrawal.

Fyi the hacker has withdrew almost all of the balance in his wallet. Total value is more than $400,000 he cashed out.
You can see updates on whats going on etherdelta by going to thier twitter page. As far as i now its not safe to trade on etherdelta better to wait till they fixed the problem,it will take 2 to days more.

My mail came a message that Delta hacked but I ignored this message because it was a phishing link to another website Delta
I also became confused, some of my assets are still stored in etherdelta account. I am afraid I will lose my assets if I withdraw from etherdelta. Do we have to wait for the latest update from developer etherdelta?
yes, don't use etherdelta untill further updates. it seems they've not returned control over DNS server yet. your funds are pretty safe until you use phishing site however you still can withdraw them manually using ED's contract in MEW. check the instruction in OP.

Saw this tweet earlier too. Did they just update on twitter about this or there are other post? I think not all could see that if ever.
