It is safe not unless if you log in on the fake etherdelta, So you should grab the real one so that you wouldn't fall on hacker's trap and you will be sorry if you are so fool for reaching out on that.

And also be careful on trading the ERC20 coins there since that exchange are been sorrounded with so many scam shitcoins.

Your wallet is automatically created on etherdelta and you can get its private key, so much simplified process if you compare it to traditional exchanges where you have to enter your email, create a password, enable 2FA, etc etc etc. However answering your initial question about its safety.. I would say: Safe? YES. Idiot-proof? Definitely not.
Familiarize with it with small amounts before you start using it, many got burnt by it. I personally like etherdelta.

I also have concerns like you. Because there's a wallet import option that requires a private key that we have. I anticipate by making 2 acc on MEW. One for trading using import wallet to etherdelta, and one for storing ETH.

For me it's not problem if you have imported private key from myetherwallet. Think of it for a trading account there. If for the main account to save ETH or another token, you can create a new account on MEW again (if you're worried because already importing private keys in etherdelta)

Yes Etherdelta si safe, but ust make sure you are logged in on the correct website because there are a lot phishing sites and a lot of people have lost their money because of these phishing sites. But other than that, I could say it is safe though I am not using it for trading but I'm using it to store some of my coins.
Yes Safe but not use your main wallet.

I'm using my main wallet there but so far I've never got any problem on there but I make sure that I log out before I trade there for my own safety, And I think for now I can trust them up to do so since it will not be hassle for me to change wallet before doing some trades there since they are trusted site and never see any bad feedback from its community.

I have used it with no problems, but the platform is very slow. Additionally, as far as I know, you can not stop a buy/sell order till it expires. Just an fyi.

im little confused for worries to trade with etherdelta, so my point is. before we start to trade there, we should have an account right? then have 2 options for sign up.
1. get an account from website
2. or import my personal private key.
so if i do import my personal private key and address, my key will be on safe ?
If you have any doubts then don't use it. Or create new account there and send tokens from your wallet there.
As far as I know it is decentralized exchange and safe for use, if it wasn't i think we would already heard complains about it or scam accusations.

EtherDelta is considered as a decentralized exchange for Ether Tokens. It's safe to use thanks to their anonymity and process of buying tokens though a small fee is required when doing actions. Apart from them, they also support Ledger Nano S. Like other mentions, I would create a trading account for EtherDelta and not use personal & trading funds on the same address that is the second option.

so far I am trading on etherdelta exchange is safe, you can use the meta mask add on, directly import your account will be easier, you can try to create an account for trading only if you are afraid of something that is not desired

I use etherdelta, but I do not use my main wallet to trade there. I chose to make a new wallet there, to avoid things that are not in want.
