First of all make sure you're visiting a correct link :

Did you open it using PC or Mobile ? because as far as i know,they did not support mobile version.
if you still can not see it,try to add Metamask Extension in your pc browser.
afterwards login in to the metamask and then go to etherdelta.com
if you're login in to metamask,automatically they will select it as your account.
