Since I couldn't find anyone that has uploaded the blockchain I've done so. This may help folks who want a personal wallet sync up with the network faster if enough people download and keep their torrent client open. The file is roughly 15GB (about 25% smaller than the full blockchain thanks to 7-Zip. Let me know if it works. If so please keep your torrent client open so others can get it as my internet connection is not that fast sadly. It should go in the folder named chaindata. For me it's located at C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\Ethereum\geth\chaindata
