If it's a desktop app then I think you may check Mycrypto. I've used it before and the developers of it were also developers of MEW.

By the way, why you don't just want to use MEW? It's allowing you also to import PKs if you've got the file. I'm not sure if I do understand correctly about the #2.

But both wallets, I've mentioned allows you to do the #2 but MEW isn't a desktop but a webwallet.

I need blockchain on disk so MyCrypto nor MEW does not fit here.

In that case I have Guarda wallet already.
Alright, that's great to know then if you've already found the wallet that you're looking for and that's Guarda wallet. I don't have experience yet with that wallet but if that's all the features you're looking for that's good.

And now that you've found it, it's now all come to pass that you should lock the thread as you've made the purpose of it and got the right one.

No, your answer is for other solution, not mine which I need.

Stop trolling.

Which wallet apps for Windows desktop provide:

1. downloading whole blockchain
2. importing many private keys to wallet (from file or other way)

?

Don't have any experiences running Ethereum nodes/client, but what you should do is to run Execution Clients, that's the term here not in-built wallet with nodes.

For various recommended references about execution client nodes, take a look at: https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/nodes-and-clients/#execution-clients.
