I also noticed this airdrop just now and it look very strange to me also...i'm searching information about but the only thing than i found is youtube video made by Indian people
I wouldn't risk it if you have to make any investment in it. If there is just airdrop than it is ok in my opinion. Just be careful not to give private keys.

I admit that I find all the details very sketchy, but I didn't
find any negative review so far.
