If there is a ROI as I guess in bitcoin, why you selling this hashing power? Mining by your self sound more logic.

yes because there is no person could guarantee cloud mining site who OP offering will not became scam eventually also he hasn't provide more informations about the sites and i think transparancy is necessary here to make all clear
