You posted links where I see 878 block confirmations (even bigger for another transaction). So, if the destination address in your links is correct, then everything is good with your transaction.
Why you don't see the confirmations in your wallet is another question - maybe you should restart it or resync with network or something else.

Ok, i see this in my desktop wallet:
It's a payment for a crowdsale campaign.
My transactions doesn't appear in my wallet on the campaign owner's website.
Also in my wllet (see attachment) transaction are not confirmed.
