Hello,

How on heck did I get repatriated ethereum coins, in wallet. How can I Geth MS-DOS to log on to the old account, without that I need to create new?  Huh

IMHO it's not working under MS-DOS, use windows instead.

Its under windows, cmd

Sorry for misunderstanding. In ethereum your keys to your wallet are in the subfolder "keystore". More info about this here:
https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/wiki/Managing-your-accounts

I recommend that you save this folder and install the latest ethereum mist browser, which has a nice and easy gui to transfer ether coins.
