I think $3 is not a problem, guy. Because I check ETH price approximately 10 times per day, and volatility with $5-10 is normal. If it increased $30, that would be really problem.

I don't think that this rising have big influence for the value of this coin. Moreover, comparing the price of ETH in prior, some ETH holders might seem it has nothing special for the price because what they expect is the rapid increasing of ETH price.
it may be good if ETH rises continuously 3 dollars every 30 minutes, not in the case of rising then going down then rising again. we expect ETH is increasing without any decreasing.

Just go back to basics to answer your question. Law of supply and demand. If it goes up, I think the main reason is that there are people who were buying and less people were selling. No need to go technical and add rumors to the slight increase that has happened.

I don't think you should be bothered by a 3 dollar increase in the price. Because during this market situation, it will be followed by a landslide and the prices will even get lower. It's not serious for Ethereum. For ethereum with it's high volume and big price 3$ isn't so big. If it was 10$ it would be better. For crypto 5-10-10% isn't so big. It's interesting when the growth is bigger.
