Ethereum or Layer 2 solution?

Ethereum's Transition Fee Much Higher? As a result, layer 2 block chains like polygons or loopers have emerged. But with Ethereum 2.0, the transaction fee will be much lower. As a result, the need for Layer 2 may be exhausted.

The cryptocurrency is divided into two parts.

What do you think?
Some preferred layer2 but some retain their appetite over eth since it has a lot of functionality and very convenient to them. The only downside of eth is the fee, let's face it, it will take a while to scale a larger network lime eth so let's give them some air about that. No one uses on L1 closes to Eth yet in terms of usage but still manageable. Anyway using l2 sometime when needed but honestly, Eth still a great network.

Ethereum or Layer 2 solution?
I prefer layer 2 solution over ethereum blockchain as layer 1 blockchain.

The transition is not yet happening as per vitalik said in some articles if the upgrade was still around 50% done and it's still very far to be completed. Are you sure if ethereum 2.0 will be making the transaction will be even cheaper than layer 2? The result is still a big question.

that's not a big problem coz that's a good solution for L1 blockchain as it will have more alternative blockchains.
