ETC does look more origonal than ETH
Eg those with ETC are saying we will not be changed by some central authority.
I feel much safer with a smart DOA coder than being open to central manipulation by a gov...gotta say, or your just back to fiat

1st post.. Hello all.
What is a FUD?
I finally bought into crypto myself about a week ago, i went 80% ethereum 20% BTC.
Now I'm worried about my ETH, this recent news is making it swing pretty intensely. I also don't know if the exchange I used (quadrigaCX) is going to give me my ETC?
(From what I gathered, people who owned ETH are entitled to that amount in ETC?)
If this were the case, I'd sell half of the ETC, and use it to buy some XRP or other alt currencies.
Kinda scared about this hard fork, like won't these be happening more often in the future, and aren't these in general bad for the laymen's confidence in crypto's in general.
On the contrary, I think if Ethereum, goes down because of that lack of confidence, it's a great buying opportunity, assuming no more of these clones/forks happen in the next 1-2 years, as Ethereum is still in the very alpha stages. I don't think ETC will get the same kinda developer support, as the founder, is sided with ETH.

Yeah, Ethereum did pass the test with flying colors. The test was an attempted coup by the founders, and this "unstoplability" was proven true after many die hard bitcoiners had not believed it. Bitcoiners are suckers for immutability.

This is FUD, nothing legit here. People are allowed to have differing opinions
