did you make compare for rx 470 and rx 480? what is the result? but if you only mining with one card, then it takes almost a year to get your ROI and you need to be patience for this. i think you should buy at least 3 vga card to start mining so you can mining with full power.
From what I've been able to understand you want to buy new pc and use it for mining sometimes. Mining with single card is not profitable. It will take too long to ROI. But rx 470 is cheaper than 1070 so it's better for mining anyways.
I am about to buy my pc Minero and I do not decide to buy rx470 or gtx1070 ... The Etereum Still Being Profitable For The rx or better buy the 1070?
