Hi all!

What about having an Ethereum section on Bitcointalk ?
It could come under altcoin discussion board.

Ethereum (ETH) is an altcoin but it has so much to be talked about:
-confirmed strong position over the last couple of weeks
-most of the investment and R&D is happening in Ethereum

The new comers are not Bitcoin maximalists because they can't afford a bitcoin and they want to relive the story of Bitcoin pioneers with other coins.
It would be a shame to have a part of the community leave this historical forum.

If you think having a dedicated section to Ethereum is a good idea, please comment.

Yes of course its good have a ethereum section in bitcointalk.org because its widely discussing topic BCT and also lots of ICO happening based on ERC20 tokens . But we are here to discuss about bitcoin mine always first preference goes to bitcoin

no one stopping you from going to ethereumtalk.org
giving it own section only give this freak scam some credential, it just like other altcoins and shouldn't treat any special.
monero also requested their own section back in the old days

I see so many discussion about ETH > BTC.

It would be annoying to have to switch to ethereumtalk.org to talk in detail about ETH.
