In simple terms, It's known as a zero gas transaction and it used to happen back in 2018 when hackers used the exploit to steal ERC20 from addresses with leaked private keys minus using ETH as transaction fee.

I don't know if it's possible today but back then some miners would send ETH minus paying gas fees through their nodes. So the attacker used that exploit to have zero gas transactions too If the transaction was created and launched on such an Ether miner node ( the node that mines a new block)

I am in total shocked after discovering these transactions as successful when their gas price were set to zero.
Can anyone explain how the trasaction go through? Did the wallet owner mined his/her own transaction?
Any tips on how to do this? Im curious to learn.
