MEW does let you make new addresses and has integrated DEXes to make ETH/USDT swaps but they don't automatically transfer coins to new address. No idea why you want a new address but you can manually send them to another one. If you trade on coinbase, they'll transfer coins to a new address everytime but that too is of no use as you don't control those addresses.
Does anybody know some services (like blockchain.info and localbitcoins.com) for Ethereun tokens where I can generate new wallet for each transaction? Or maybe some local (not only online) wallets?

Use can use MEW to generate a new wallet for each transaction but that will took a bit of time. And I would advise against it since at the new wallet, you will also need Ethereum to send your token out anyway. tags:

You can generate MEW wallet in MEW website or by downloading wallet APP from Google Play or App store.

None of the above two are RECOMMENDED way to create a new wallet.
The only RECOMMENDED way to create new wallet is to Download the MEW wallet App from Google Play Or
App store.
You can downward MEW wallet from Google play.
After installing the App you can create a free wallet.
At first you have to create a pin.
After that your wallet is creating automatically.
Now you have to Back up Mnemonic Phrase of 24 words.
After completing all those you see that,
you Just find Mnemonic phrases and wallet address but no private key. You can generate multiple ETH address in a single APP.
And this is the secure and RECOMMENDED way to create a new MEW wallet now. Thank you.

I don't know about the offline wallets that can generate new Ethereum addresses.
But have you looked into MEW, they are allowing you to choose a set of different ETH addresses.
