They are still the best platform in the market, one of the fastest transaction and less fee what can you ask for if they can keep it up and do more on their scalability, they will still the second popular coin in the market, there's a lot of competitors but I don't see them beating Ethereum at this point of time.
Cryptocurrency market is not That easy to predict, one can just speculate about the price action, as for ethereum I believe that it's gonna do so well in the next 4yrs , you might not see it at this price by then, definitely
During these 2 years the glory of ethereum is still held in the top position but in the next few years there will certainly be more challenges with more and more innovations or the development of each project currently available. if ethereum is able to maintain electability and develop their projects it is not impossible that they will be able to survive and also become more widely known and prices will rise

I don't think the ETH has changed much in these four years, unless it moves on to pos to develop further.
We can say for sure only after 2020 when we see Ethereum 2.0. Since this point is fundamental for the further development of the industry. After the update Ethereum will have to burn a huge amount of coins and it will not inspire its community.
After the next bitcoin halving next year im sure things will never be the same for ETH and many will be surprised about the unexpected turn because ETH will surely get better,the project has better team and ceo and they are trying new things out on eth blockchain for a new results and with the upcoming POS ability ETH will turn into a earning haven instead of the old POW

In 4 fours the company performed well it can not be the only reason to buy ETH. I do agree that its the second top crypto but, I feel BTC is the back bone that gave the light for creation of all other crypto currencies thus, for long term I prefer converting eth to btc

So, I say too that in the next four years of Ethereum, there is really going to more advancement, I am sure there will also be more products added and we will see more new features and more growth in their community. I always prefer Ethereum after bitcoin. Thought the progress of Ethereum is not good as Bitcoin but I do believe Ethereum has the potential to create history like bitcoin. But I am really worried about the price drop of Ethereum. I think Ethereum deserves to cross 1000$, and maybe it will in the next 4 year's. I already planned to invest in Ethereum for the long term and this article influenced me more to be with ETH.
Eth has a strong team and a large community, with the development they do of course what is planned can happen but all possibilities can still occur. I think eth will remain consistent and even better, this is a good coin for long-term investment.buy eth as much as possible of course it's very good. but the risk is definitely there. nothing is certain in crypto I think. we must be smart to analyze the things that will happen in the future.

Great articles, it justifies my belief that Ethereum will still be the second big coin in the market and all these four years they have cemented their stature as the industry's leading innovator, we will see a lot more on Ethereum on the next four years, there are a lot of threat to it's position but Ethereum will likely stay on the second position.
The conclusion is we should not miss the good chance to buy ethereum at low. I am a supporter of ethereum from the very beginning and I believe the coin is projected to hit $ 1000 by the end of the year of 2019. It will grow many times in price over the next four years.

Good article by coindesk about the past ant next four years about ethereum. Personally, I want to say all will be change and will take a new face that we can not think in the upcoming four years. Will be more developed and people will start to think very positively not only ethereum but also about all crypto.
I think there would be many things to happen to ethereum coi in the next 4 years. Within the next 4 years I think either ethereum or btc is the new backbone of this new decentralized internet, just as tcp/ip is the backbone of the current one.
I just hope eth developers will find a way how to cut the number of crap eth tokens created. Find a way how to lessen those nonsense eth tokens which are created for the devs' pockets only.
Ethereum dev didn't know if an asset system that already made by them will give a huge impact and will be used by so many platforms. that's why ethereum dev was putting the easy requirements to issue the digital asset in ethereum blockchain. Ethereum dev can change it anytime through doing a hardfork at the same time with another update. Ether dev already found the way to give more restriction before anyone can issue their assets.
as one of the owners of ethereum, i was very proud to see ethereum, i became more enthusiastic about seeing the news. and i think this is the right time to buy and collect even more ethereum in our wallets.

Despite of criticism and so many FUD with ETH, i still believe that the next 4 years with ETH will be more bright and expensive at the same time. Holding for 4years with ETH is always good because its technology will grow more like bitcoin. We should start buying this while its cheap, its a birthday of ETH and this is the new beginning to pump again.

Maybe ethereum will be more profitable after 4 years and lot of erc20 tokens will established a good market. Ethereum contract network will be more valuable on that maturity period of 2 years. Bearish market will always be there but not that worst as we compare of these recent times.
I think that the glory days of erc20 tokens are now done although ethereum will stay stronger than before. Most of those projects that built through eth's platform are now launching their mainnet. But after 4 years, ethereum will remain and it can still have a good price.

I've gone through the article published on coindesk about ETH and it's really rich. Talking about the future of Ethereum, the proof of stake algorithm will be a plus if implemented. Also, improvement in scalability will also aid a great deal. We are all expecting reduction in transaction fees and faster transactions if ETH will be considered as "money" in the next four years, added to the utility feature of ETH. Some people think TRON and EOS are major competitors to ETH, this is true but I don't think they will surpass ETH in future.
I have always suggested this to people around me to take eth seriously and accumulate as much as you can not just because it is the premiere smart contract and dapp platform but it is the best coin among the handful of top coins and investment potential is great and in few years it is going to become very very expensive.
For me ,as an investor, even now, at this stage,Ethereum leadership quite satisfied. And the fact that many developers continue to actively use the tools offered by the platform to create their applications once again proves the competitive ability of Ethereum. I believe that after four years the leadership of ethereum will continue by upgrade that called ethereum 2.0 .

As a user of the Ethereum cryptocurrency, I certainly hope that she will be fine in the next 4 years. The fact that ETH is not the only cryptocurrency that has a blockchain platform certainly scores points, but this does not mean that Ethereum expects something bad.
