ETN has never been reliable. They screwed over investors from day 1 when they released the blockchain to the public without giving investors access to their own wallets. It seems that the ETN also never learns from their failures because once they relaunched a few months later, they still failed when the site kept crashing and was unaccessible to everyone.

I would recommend dumping all ETN today.

you should update your ETN mobile mining app. it's more easy and helpful but if you want to back you token you should contract with technical support team they will give you better solution.
