I've never heard of ETP. NEO is very good though.
Neo is a well established coin with solid development. It has a promising future. But I am interested with ETP. It is still in developing stage. I have invested on it for long term. I think it has a huge potential.
China banned ICO's. Why this coins have future? they were created for chinese people, now they are banned? grow just on speculation?
my suggestion is NEO. Neo is an open source digital asset platform that depends on intelligent economic development. With neo, assets can be digitized and linked to identities, so that the p2p system can be accounted for. neo have potential in the future and good idea.
My answer to this question is 'Always NEO'. China will give the biggest support to NEO. I am happy now that I have NEO savings

But NEO coin is promising in current scenario also. Many competitors also like to invest in NEO this coin is good growth in future environment.
