What exactly is your problem OP.

1. You got scammed.
2. You also admitted to hacking people's information/accounts and also possibly scamming or abetting fraud.

This forum is not a court, so there's nothing like a charge. It's just feedback warning other users about what you did.

Nothing like just desserts for people like OP, this is probably the first time that I've never been sorry that they got scammed because there's no way that if the deal was real, any good would come out of it.

I agree with you the Op should be punished as the OP is trying to hack the system which is not legit and it will be committed for stealing funds or something like that. ANd the accused person should be punished as the accused person tried to help the OP or as the accused person has taken money from the OP.

You got scammed by a scammer in this forum, yet you are a scammer in life. So nobody will feel sorry for you or even try to help you. I have encountered many scams in this forum, but I have not found anything stranger than your Scam Accusation topic. Are you creating this topic to expose yourself or to expose this scammer? LOL

If you want the truth, you deserve what happened to you. Even if your intention was to hack the system or hack people or give this sensitive information to others to commit fraud, you are a major contributor to the crime and the fact that you are doing illegal and unlawful things that will cause innocent people the same pain you're feeling right now!

I'm not justifying what the scammer you mentioned above did, but both of you deserve punishment, not just one of you. What you're going through now may be a lesson to stop the nonsense you're trying to get others to help you with.

Many days later came to my mind that "Birds of the same feather flock together." I thought the scammer who scammed you is a scammer and it was at the beginning phase of that person. You have made the mistake as you are a hacker (scammer) you have nothing in a loss as you will recover that fund by stealing others' money.
If you were legit then you would not deal with such a newbie and even if you make any deal then you would not go first with a newbie with a negatively trusted account. At least you could use escrow. You have no way to use escrow as the escrow will never serve the purpose of you.
