Thanks for letting us know about this changes, but I have already got over 5 emails from different bitcoin debit card providers about this. I am getting verified in cryptopay from which I have got one plastic card but for my VCC from other providers, this limit could be more than enough so not sending my personal documents to any other services.

Be happy because for citizens from my country we need to be fully verified no matter the amount on the wallet. It means we have no choice to give full identity, adress, ect to services like Cryptopay, Spectrocoin and so one. Otherwise they are not allowed to deliver us a VISA/Mastercard.

Due to the 4th Money Laundering Directive (4MLD), which will take force on June 26, 2017, unverified prepaid debit cards will have much lower allowed limits:
  • The maximum amount stored electronically cans not exceed EUR 250
  • The maximum withdrawal at one time is EUR 100

So better verify your card before the new rules start in one week from now.
